Cancellations:
Tickets for Public Sails and Private Charters are valid only for the date and time listed and are non-transferable. No refunds will be given to no-shows.

Public Sails: Cancellations must be made 5 days or more before departure to receive a full refund. Because we have a schedule that we need to adhere to, we cannot hold the boat for late arrivals for public sails. 

Private Charters: Cancellations must be made 10 days or more before departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure will receive a 75% refund. No refunds for charters canceled 24 hours or less before departure. Because we have a schedule that we need to adhere to, if you arrive late, your sail may be shorter. 

Food/Drink Policy:
Private Charters: You may order or bring beer, wine, champagne, or hard seltzers. NO hard liquor i.e. rum, tequila, vodka, etc. is permitted on any sails. Please be conservative and keep food and drink orders on the smaller side. 


Public Sails: A limited amount of alcohol i.e. a bottle of wine/champagne, or a six-pack of beer, in personal soft-pack coolers is permitted on public sails. No hard liquor is permitted. Any food must be contained to your lap.No cases of beer, large or roll-on coolers are permitted on any of our public sails. 

No smoking is permitted on any public sails or private charters.  This includes electronic cigarettes, vaping and marijuana.
