Rise and shine! Enjoy complimentary cold Mimosas a refreshing blend of champagne and orange juice, as we sail through historic Newport Harbor and into picturesque Narragansett Bay. 

 Light, informative commentary is provided by a friendly, knowledgeable, captain and crew. Sails are approximately 1 3/4 hours.

Note that although complimentary Mimosas are included in the ticket price, this is not a booze cruise. While we will pour a few rounds, we aim to create a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere for all to enjoy. 

For groups of 10 or more, we offer $2.50 off per person. We require that the block of tickets be purchased under one name. Similar to a large group at a restaurant, a 15% crew gratuity will be added to the total ticket cost. The discount and gratuity will automatically be applied at checkout.

Champagne, Narraganset beer, soda and water are complimentary aboard our Champagne Sunset Sails. A selection of High Noon Seltzers may be purchased online or at check-in.

Afternoon sails usually have the best breezes providing an exhilarating sail and allow you to cool off on a hot day.

Sailing with just two to six guests, sailing on Starlight is like sailing on your own private yacht!   (Note: No children under the age of 6.).

Get great views of the Pell Bridge, Fort Adams, Hammersmith Farm, Clingstsone, lighthouses and yachts of all type. Sail past Castle Hill or Mackerel Cove. The scenery is stunning and the sailing is first rate. 

Starlight is an O'Day 34, a very popular cruising boat. We chose an O'Day 34 for our private sails because we believe she offers the best combination of comfort and performance and allows you to discover what sailing is all about.   She is well-appointed, comfortable, and sails well. She is the perfect size for sailing in Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay.  

Sunbathe on her deck while sipping a cool drink or sit back and relax in her comfortable cockpit with stern perch seats. Take the wheel and experience the thrill of sailing!  

Blankets and jackets are aboard for cool evenings. An Igloo cooler is aboard to store beverages and snacks while ice is available for purchase on the wharf.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Boarding and disembarking Starlight is done via a bulkhead ladder so you should be free of any mobility issues. To see the ladder, and more pictures, view the photo gallery in the Starlight section of the website.


Also, we only offer 2-hour charters. We do not offer longer sails. Please do not book two departures back to back. We reserve the right to refund any back to back charter bookings.
